This is a way more difficult question than it seems, Bizarro having fairly inconsistent traits throughout the years. Because he's not an evil Superman, he's somewhere between a parody or an Anti-Superman. He thinks he's doing the right thing but his perception is being passed through absurd filters that make the outcomes disasterous for normal society.

I guess to create something that has the narrative possibilities of Bizarro in relation to me, it'd have to be someone hell bent on supporting successful things. Kpop stan type of character, who thinks that if they aren't putting their full support behind the conglomerate that people will lose their jobs and suffer. Absurdo the Amenable only buys new Batman and Spider-Man titles, gets their key issues graded, exclusively streams the trendiest live service games and gatchas, and of course listens to Imagine Dragons. The Bizarro flavoured irony of course being that blind support for the biggest thing does nothing to prevent mass layoffs and if anything encourages them so the people at the top can skim bigger bonuses.
