I think the hard part of "World Domination" would be managing the whole world at the same time. So first off I'd need to find a number of loyal generals to manage regions while I'm not dedicating my full attention to them. Four of them sounds reasonable to me, a big guy, a smart guy, a girl and some kind of weirdo freak. Actually taking power I imagine would be a fairly easy task. In a series of one panel scenes I take out various entrenched world leaders and declare myself the world's new Super Power. The one threat to my reign is if there's some sort of plucky rebellious faction that can get through my Generals and kick my ass. But I don't see how that could happen, they have such varied strengths and only bicker behind my back where I pretend I can't hear them.
