You are offered to become some kind of half-animal person, along the lines of a Satyr or Centaur, but you have to pick: a bipedal lower body, akin to a Satyr, or a quadrupedal lower body like a Centaur. What animal would you want the half to be? What lower body would you pick, or do you feel like your choice of animal would force you to pick one option or the other? Would you want your upper body to be fully human, or influenced by your animal of choice somehow?
hrm, this a toughie because i'm definitely less animal leaning, i'm a more of a robot gal. a snake actually would be fun, idk what type though. for the more human half i'd have the long forked tongue of course. aside from that i think it'd be mostly human, but i would have scales on my back that stop just below my shoulder blades. i didn't peg myself as lamia gal until now but i will consider 🤔

what parts are you replacing first when cyborg technology gets good enough?
my legs because of my knee problems, and i could make myself as tall/short as i want! but if by good enough it means i can have all they're cheap to get and maintain, there's proper artificial nerve endings in them, there's no corpo drm bs, and they can be soft like my body is... eventually i'd probably go everything but my head, maybe even full brain in a jar. but i'd start with my limbs for sure

that's really sweet of you say. i am demi, and casual sex is not really appealing to me anymore. i used to flirt and exchange nudes a lot with friends, i think just because i wanted to feel wanted. also maybe in hope of lucking my way into something serious? if there is a situation in which i could do casual stuff, it's certainly not rn. i'm too caught up in my current heartbreak for anything like that, it's why i deleted that picture. thank you for the kind words, and i'm sorry for the mixed messages. i was trying to find something to cheer me up and it backfired

Don't think I've ever asked, what initially drew you to mech stuff?
at a very young age i'd watch my dad play the mechwarrior games, but my interest i mechs really got kindled when i started playing mechcommander 2! also growing up i also watched power rangers, transformers, star wars, and had several bioncle sets. so robots and other mech adjacent things have been a constant in my interests. as to what about all that drew me in... i'm not entirely sure. if i had to guess it was the idea of having a form, whether it be your own body or one that acts as an extension of your own, that has parts that you can swap in and out as you want. also they just looked rad as hell
