Yes I 100% have. I can't promise I have anything especially helpful as advice but as an opener just know that's absolutely something I can relate to and have felt.

I think my number one advice is to not succumb to feeling like doing anything about it is impossible. This is more general advice for like, getting things to happen in general, but there's overlap that I feel can help. Opportunities are out there, and the best thing you can do for yourself (in my experience) is to be kind to yourself, makes it easier to be ready whenever opportunity pops up. And to be flexible, but obviously only within your own comfort levels.

That feeling is hard though, I wish I had more specialized advice.
