Hi! I've been trying to fill out the writer's application for the zine but am having trouble with it. I've filled out the SFW Main Zine section, and then also click that I want to apply for the NSFW portion, and once I fill that out it once again asks me if I want to apply for the Main Zine as well, so I click it, and I'm sent in a loop of filling out both portions without being able to proceed. Would really appreciate some help with this!

We apologize for this inconvenience and have added an option that should help you finish the forms after having applied for both the SFW Main Zine and the NSFW Side Zine. Let us know if there are still any issues and we will try to fix it!

If we apply to more than one position (say a page artist and writer), and we get accepted, do we chose which position we’d want or would that be selected for us based on our portfolios and samples?

I'm not an artist and not writer but I really want to participate, it's the first Vi focused zine I see, what can I do? Thank you for making this project, I will buy anything you guys create
We will be accepting writers and artists who can showcase their work through a printed format. Artists who create in alternative media (e.g., cosplay, woodwork, sculpture, crochet) are also welcome to apply. For alternative artists, we expect applicants to provide us with photography of their art that matches the quality of photography they would be able to provide for their final zine piece. Animators are also welcome to apply!
If your art is not suited for a printed format (i.e. music, podfic), we are unfortunately unable to accept your application. However, we encourage you to stay connected with the project! We hope to create a beautiful zine for all Vi lovers to enjoy, especially those who pour their time and love into creating for her in unique ways 💜

Hi! Do you have a preference for where the shipping mod should be from? I ask because I know shipping fees xan be insane
We're currently open for shipping mods from all around the world, this position won't be limited to US citizens alone. As long as you have the required experience, don't be afraid to apply.

Do you have an idea of when applications for artists/writers will open?
Our contributor applications will open from June 26th to July 24th. The rest of our schedule can be viewed in our info document or on our carrd.
