Do you have any oddly specific bedtime ritual that you have to do every single night before you can get a good night's sleep?

Sometimes I only do some skin care before bed and honestly, it makes me feel more comfortable for sleep. But in the ritual oddly, is just watch some anime.

I usually do some stretching. That’s when I allow myself to relax a bit and tell myself it’s time to slow down. That’s in addition to my skincare routine too!

I can't sleep without putting on some lotion on my body, the smell makes me relax easier. Also, that's not really compulsory, but if I'm not really tired but still need to sleep, ASMR always knock me out.
