Não muito… Estou tentando melhorar isso, mas é um pouco difícil por algumas situações do passado que nunca foram marcadas com memórias muito boas. Sempre tive o aniversário dividido entre momentos muito bons, recebendo muito amor daqueles que amo e mensagens que me fazem chorar (o que não é tão difícil de fazer), mas sempre fico na espera de algo ruim acontecer em algum momento inesperado do dia pois, infelizmente, acabou sendo assim para mim muitas vezes. Fico meio insegura no dia por esse medo, e costumo não querer fazer nada, mas até que esse ano superei isso! Fiz algo pequeno, só com alguns amigos, mas pelo menos tentei sair dessa zona de conforto e foi MUITO gostoso.

Definitely R&B. It’s the genre I listen to the most, and honestly, I’m completely addicted and obsessed with it. There’s something about slower songs suddenly surprising you with strong, immersive beats that makes my soul leave my body when I listen to them, and that’s probably the best feeling music can give me. In general, the kind of music I enjoy for those moments will always involve heavy beats or more energetic songs, because I’m a very electric person and I think I like matching that side of myself with the melodies I listen to. You’ll rarely catch me listening to songs that are truly slow or calm without any striking rhythm the way I usually like, because unfortunately I can’t stay with them for too long, they start making me feel restless or even sad. To me, listening to music is almost a ritual, something I use to energize my peace of mind.

So Latin music? Oh, trust me, that absolutely belongs here too. I go crazy listening to it and all the sadness just disappears from my body — especially funk. Huge shoutout to MC Livinho.

Eu só consigo pensar em três… E um eu não sei se acham estranho de verdade porque só vejo minhas mães pegarem no meu pé com isso, que é tomar banho com a água PELANDO, não importa o tempo do lado de fora. O outro é dormir com o ar condicionado no mínimo também… Porque pra mim só tem graça ligar o ar se for pra sentir um frio gostoso onde a única coisa que pode me aquecer é meu amado cobertor que me aconchega muito bem no seu abraço quentinho e macio. E o último é que não tomo café, mas SE tomo (situação de vida ou morte, nível de estar tipo, fazendo anotações e não tô aguentando de sono), eu tenho que colocar muito açúcar e ainda assim tomo reclamando. Não consigo gostar de café.

I feel loved when I’m truly seen. I feel loved when someone is present through their gaze, through conversation, through the little routines of everyday life that still remind me I matter in their world. I feel loved when I’m listened to, when there’s room for calm conversations — whether silent or difficult ones that require courage — but where there’s still the comfort of knowing that, in the end, we’ll still be there and able to speak with respect.
I like being remembered and wanted, not through grand gestures, but simply through knowing that the people in my circle genuinely want me around as much as I show that I want them around too. Being cared for and caring for the people we love is something beautiful, and I feel loved when there’s reciprocity from both sides, each in their own way, but with enough affection shown for me to know I’m not just being a burden, so I can understand when I should stay close or step away, because I would never want to cause discomfort or make someone feel overwhelmed either.
