Cooking new recipes or going to a restaurant you’ve never been before?
Cooking new recipes, no doubt! I really love discovering restaurants, but I’m much happier causing a beautiful little disaster in the kitchen first. I love the part where something begins as an idea and ends up becoming edible. Little fun fact: people in my city call me alchemist, and I have a reputation to maintain!!!
