O que você acha mais perigoso: saber pouco ou achar que sabe muito? E por quê?

Saber muito, sem dúvidas. O excesso de confiança às vezes pode prejudicar, quando você sabe pouco, além de disposto a aprender mais, você toma certo cuidado para não errar.
