If canon lynn/eden absorbed each other in the womb. Does that mean the two have genetic mosaicsm? It's probably something that would go unnoticed. But also the mental image of the lab tech going through the dna of the incident going "ok this is the victims dna. These here are the perps and... this here is... her father??? Its definetly male and related to her, let me check her fathers dna. Hmmm... nope not him.... A SECRET BROTHER?!" "Nah dude she ate her own twin in the womb."

So, fun fact, additional info, Lynn and Eden are identical twins, one of which with a rare mutation that differentiated their sexes. If one were to DNA test Lynn, they'd be unlikely to notice the mutation, because everything is similar except for a few cells that have a Y chromosome instead of X.
