what does your bedtime routine usually look like

denial, bargain, acceptance. At the best of times, in that order. I had massive sleep problems all my life and depending on how stressed I am I can't sleep well, so half the time I stay up until I'm so exhausted I just flop into bed and sleep, sometimes I lay on the couch watching something falling asleep, before waking up at like 4 to 6am and then going to bed and sleeping till my alarm goes off.
