hmm probably when I asked my gf out? It's been a few years but I was on-and-off after meeting her for the first few weeks if I like, like her enough to try out this polyamory thing I never heard about. One sunday then (the 9th of May 2022 to be precise) I decided -- fuck it -- gonna drive over there and ask her out. First and only time in my life that was successful (but on the plus side, I also never had to break up with someone before so that's nice). We already know we will be together for the rest of our lives so that's probably significant I'd say.

Otherwise idk if that counts but there was that time when I was 19 when I think, when I was part of a chat room and a person I was close with on there was displaying self-harm tendencies because of her chronic illness and general bad outlook in life during that time. Anyway I decided when reading that I that I would get her to DM me her number and call her. A half hour later I was on the phone with her and building her up, and then I also told her I would visit her to cheer her up. Said and done, just a week or so later I was on a 8h train to see her and spend the day with her. She told me it really helped her and shortly after that she got together with a friend of hours and these days she has a child with him so I like to think a worse timeline has been avoided there. Such attempts to reach out to people since them have sometimes failed -- horribly -- but I won't stop because of it, and never will. Also that day was the first time in my life I hugged a friend so that was memorable too.

Otherwise otherwise more recently I had the.... opportunity to spend some... time with someone I barely knew... privately. And that kinda rewired part of my personality in a way people that know my shortly-after created after-dark account on fedi may even think that me and me on that account are two different people.......

Yeah... I general tend to do a lot of shit on a whim, so I likely have even more examples of this if I think about if for longer.

I am a big fan of food, so much so that this is a difficult question to answer. I generally love rice-dishes, which is why I learned how to make sushi from a sushi-chef and why I am also fond of simple dishes with rice, especially everything Vietnamese has me in love usually. I am also big into the fast-food like dishes a lot Asian countries have, like the classics like Ramen. Besides that I also love Mexican food, there is an awesome place in Berlin I eat at pretty much every time I'm there where I could eat the entire menu tbh. I am, as a German girly, big into a lot of local foods - Maultaschen, Käsespätzle, Linsen mit Spätzle -- You name it. I oftentimes really enjoy simple foods, just frying something and adding a little extra like meat or tofu is my goto when I have to feed myself. I love experiencing new foods and trying out new things. There have been two sushi places I've been to in Ulm and in Spain that served sushi with like cheese sauce and that still occupies my mind years later... honestly there is probably no country that doesn't have at least one dish I could die for.
