Imagine that, at midnight, every book in the world would be burned. You have until then to read one final book of your choice, knowing you'll never be able to read another one again. Which book would you choose?

Well, in that apocalyptic scenario, I think I’d choose Crime and Punishment by Dostoevsky. When I finished it, I honestly felt like never reading another book again.

a book that is 9,9/10. not your favorite but everyone should seat down and read?

I have to say one of the best revenge stories of all time: The Count of Monte Cristo. There are classics that are better than this one, but it’s still one of the greatest ever written.

What's the best concert/live event you've ever been to?

Morrissey’s New Year’s Eve Show at the Hollywood Palladium on December 31, 2024. I couldn’t get a ticket, so I spent the entire show outside the venue. Somehow, it didn’t matter. I could still hear the music, feel the crowd, and be part of the moment. It wasn’t the way I imagined seeing Morrissey, but it ended up being one of the best experiences of my life.

Definitely Jaws (1975). Not because it was the first blockbuster, but because of the incredible suspense and unforgettable soundtrack. They make the film truly memorable.

Which bands do you think are the most important to the history of music?

I can’t answer this without mentioning my favorite bands. So I’ll focus on cultural impact, and you can’t talk about that without mentioning The Beatles.
They changed the way albums were conceived, pushed the boundaries of what could be done in the recording studio, and proved that pop music could be as ambitious and artistically significant as literature or film.
I could go on for hours about how Radiohead completely redefined what alternative rock could be, blending electronic music, jazz, classical influences, and experimental production into something entirely their own. Their willingness to reinvent themselves with every album is one of the reasons they’re still one of the most influential bands of the modern era.
