If not for the yorube art probably not. There aren’t any romantic symbolisms that I know of that are present in the main series, and yuji being an exception to sukuna or their relationship being well developed doesn’t mean anything because they’re the main protagonist and the main antagonist. Supposed sexual/romantic tension doesn’t matter either because if you’re delulu enough(me) everything is sexual/romantic
However with the yorube art, I find it hard to not see it as “sukuita canon”. There’s the whole “yorube” also meaning “spouse” thing (though arguably gregory might just not know, iirc nobody actually uses the term yorube), but waltz’s are pretty famously romantic and I doubt gege doesn’t know that, especially considering the amount of symbolism present in jjk
