honestly its just something u have to process and move past :( unfortunately it has really changed my view of mark. Hes never been a very outspoken person politically but I've always thought he was a good person just from how he carries himself and the stories you hear. But it feels virtually impossible for him to have not at least heard about how McDonald's funds the genocide in Palestine. So for him to move forward with it is something I dont know if I can look past. I definitely understand where youre coming from, and the pain you're feeling. I think the only thing you can really do is try to move past it. Sit down and think about if this is a deal breaker for you or not. For me, it honestly might be, which is heartbreaking because ive devoted a lot of time and energy (and money) into my love for mark. At the end of the day this is just a harsh reminder that we don't know idols as people and things aren't always as they seem. But just know youre not alone, there are a lot of people who feel the same way you do. Im sorry anon 🫂🩷

OMG YAY im glad u liked Babel. I dont blame u for tapping out of the poppy war, its a super intense series but it has maybe my favorite ending to a book of all time (the dragon republic... I love you) so if u ever pick it back up let me know!!
