Not as often but i grew up in a very creative family so there’s always something going on.
I have a degree in b&w film photography but the digital push and a major depressive episode killed that drive, I draw fantasy maps for fun, I’ve attempted watercolors to vary degrees of (poor) success, I make journals (I’m actually organizing my paper stash while I’m laptop-less) and would love to get into proper bookbinding perhaps next year, and I’ve taken up needle felting the past few months (though that’s something I need to keep working on to get to a quality I like). Oh and I just tried a spun cotton figure for the first time like a month or so ago? Very neat but also very much a thing of patience which I’m not the best with 😅 I loved ceramics in school but it’s not cheap to do as a hobby here so it’s not something I’ve done in a long time.
I used to draw a lot in high school but I think I like creating something 3D. Obviously the exception to that is writing but I still get that same sense of depth when creating a world so maybe it’s more about that than anything else.

i genuinely don't want to say no but i'll be honest i've been struggling on that for a long long time. something about writing matz is like a mental block for me? i do still chip away at it on occasion but nothing has really struck by way of inspiration to finish it out in a way i find satisfactory - especially after such a long time. i appreciate the fact its been well received despite not being finished and i hope to give it a proper ending one day.

none of my currently unfinished works are 'officially abandoned', so even if its been months or years i do plan to complete them. i just cannot stress enough how much i have time blindness and dont realize how quickly the days rack up into weeks or months (or yes, even years). i wish i could be a writer that manages to produce at a crazy pace but im not. every comment i get helps to keep me going though, so thank you little mouse, i appreciate it greatly
