If you could choose only one kind of comfort media (anime, video games, music, etc.) for a year, which would it be?
Definitely games, it's my preferred media in general and with a little effort I can always find something fitting the amount of attention I'm currently capable of putting in.
I still struggle to focus on books or shows, so being able to pause and the highs amount of engagement help keep me going I think.
