I am not one to assume this is meant as "I'm crushing on you" so I'll answer it objectively.

If you just found out someone has been secretly crushing on you, figure out your feelings first so that you don't string them along just in case it's not mutual. Don't make them feel bad for having feelings but also don't let them make you feel like their feelings are your responsibility. We can't control who we end up liking.. but we can control how we let it affect us.
