a curious little mouse · 1mo

I don't know if you've said you don't like Tenna or not but I saw your drawing of him from a bit ago and he's so moè thank you so much he's so cute I might die. if you ever do end up drawing him again please make him just as moè

I think Tenna is the sort of being who MUST be tortured and tormented, and I think he secretly feeds his employees profound and profane meals, as the known accusations go. This doesn't mean I don't like him. Its his job to fail, and be pathetic, and never win, and it is my job to tie him to a tree branch and throw rocks at him. I describe him as a kind of Elmer Fudd, a Wile E Coyote. He's here to fail and only fail. It's so wrong if he succeeds. I like this about him. Is this moe? Maybe the world needs people like me, to make people like Tenna appear more moe. The urge to save him from my grasp. As long as I exist, he shall be imperiled

I think a common mistake when one envisions Tenna is to envision a man. But I think he's more of an abomination. His proportions are really funny. Closer to Marvin the Martian than a bishounen. You know? And it produces the urge to simply obliterate him, to see him Psheww. Pew pew. Into a little pile of dust. DIE DIE DIE

I could draw him again! Who knows! He's a great conduit for exploring Kris's comically deep well of self-hate. As with all the Darkners I don't see them as individuals per se, but OCs of the kids, and therefor, a kind of accidental projection of their psyche. Inherently interesting then. As Kris puts it. "He sucks." It's great that he sucks. Musssst overload the voltage and make him fry must put peanut butter in his buttans
