I think Tenna is the sort of being who MUST be tortured and tormented, and I think he secretly feeds his employees profound and profane meals, as the known accusations go. This doesn't mean I don't like him. Its his job to fail, and be pathetic, and never win, and it is my job to tie him to a tree branch and throw rocks at him. I describe him as a kind of Elmer Fudd, a Wile E Coyote. He's here to fail and only fail. It's so wrong if he succeeds. I like this about him. Is this moe? I think a common mistake when one envisions Tenna is to envision a man. But I think he's more of an abomination. His proportions are really funny. Closer to Marvin the Martian than a bishounen.
