this issue seems very specific, do you use a wireless headset? any audio interfaces (most common cause), does your motherboard have its own audio drivers? (vs having realtek/the microsoft generic audio driver), keyboard settings on default still having the same problems? (maybe your profiles have key press set to some weird requirement such as letting go to input a key or something), there's a lot to trial and error, maybe going on r/osugame and asking could give you more answers
