How do you feel about the F*ench?
Yonle, can you share a tutorial become Fedicelebrity like yours? Yonle101 maybe
I have no idea. I genuinely have no idea. All i did is just being noisy, basically pouring whatever that's in my mind and then just post the most stupidest thing in a severely silly way. And to be frank with you, I did that in nostr before then bringing that same habit to fedi, accidentally.
what i can tell you: i'm basically doing the "airreply" or even small talk like what the Japanese SNS did. Even though it's not 1:1 replication, It's what it is.
let me start with this: My behavior is apparently changed A LOT since i have my own fedi instance powered with my own money. So sometime i'm being silly, and then honest, or whatever the hell it is.
To be frank with you, "Yonle101"?? I don't even know where to start with or even having any idea bow the hell i've gone to here. So the message above is probably the only answer that i can tell you
because i don't know. really i don't.
How's day-to-day life in Indonesia? I don't know much about it except it being a largely Islamic country. I think Ramadan is over or almost over, right?
why is things that you considered when choosing fedi server software? and why akkoma?
Things that i consider when choosing fedi server software?
Why i picked akkoma?
This is a good question, so i will answer this.
1. Low resource usage even on big amount of users. Since the backend is designed to be lightweight & message oriented backend language (elixir/erlang), It makes the cost for both keeping it up and sustainable to be as good as it should be.
2. Lower requirements. Some software like misskey apparently has a flow that is quite excessive to me just to have one thing to work properly, which is reading and posting.
3. Easier maintenance on both code and the infra behind it. If you just check the source code, Some of the components are apparently very human readable and you can probably learn elixir here quite easily.
the biggest influence on this one will be on the frontend. Since the code is old, Some parts can be easily fixed, some features can be added here too.
to be frank, I pick akkoma out of everything else is because of how simple the entire system is, both on frontend and the backend itself.
Pernah nyoba ngikutin tutorial Vulkan / OpenGL?
I want to ask you guys, who you think am I?
Gw belajar ngoding, tanpa kusadari.
If i'm going to say that i don't have one, I would've been a liar.
Seriously though, I have several things that i can recall, including some incident that leave marks in my mind. I've gone through slander, was once fed up & enough with someone, and etc. There's too many details that i can put here, But it's basically that.
It's what makes me who i am today.
