Hii precious, I got a few!! I recommend anything and everything written by Madeline Miller, gorgeous prose and great writing. I enjoy Khaled Hosseini‘s writing a lot too, all his books are phenomenal. Lapvona by Ottessa mashfegh is one of my favourite books, Alchemised by SenLinYu, Ghassan Kanafani‘s Men in the sun, no longer human + schoolgirl by osamu dazai, IT by Stephen King has been a favourite of mine too, his writing is terrifying (-ly good) I’m always inspired. The Age of Innocence by Edith Wharton.

These are more modern and I absolutely also recommend classical books, starting with Oscar Wilde, Jane Eyre, and Edgar Allen Poe who have countless short stories and poems that ease you into classical literature seamlessly and they’re extremely enjoyable without being heavy. I recommend also reading a lot of poetry from the romantic and modern period, it’s what I usually read (and study) and it’s very fun and inspiring for me !!
