OH YEAH how do you get ur rainbow gradients to look like that on ur ocs? whenever i draw a oc with them it always looks chopped💔 I hope this makes sense

For ibisPaint, I usually use the rainbow gradient tool in the “draw” section in “filter/FX”, or take my time properly getting all the colours perfectly blended with just the airbrush. Sometimes I also go in and use the “add” blending mode (or other lighten blending modes) to make it pop more/seem more bright

Do you use ToonSquid for your animations?

Nah, CURRENTLY I USE ibispaintx, sometimes FlipaClip, sometimes flipanim (good for making small loop animations on browser) & rarely alightmotion. I’ll for sure try to get toonsquid one day though, since i see it’s super high quality^^

HI BOY its vin. idk if i told u but my bitch grandparents take my shit away at 10pm and they requir me to ask for it back in the morning (And like. fuck that im gonna be an adult in 4 months thats humiliating to ask for my phone back.) what's your creative thought process regarding illustration and is there a specific mindset to get into?

Usually I just go with whatever is on my mind in the moment, which includes a variety of things that I’ve seen that inspire me, my personal feelings/emotions, etc. But there are a good few times I’ve planned out pieces regarding a certain theme, story or anything else! For those, I write down notes, do research on the topic needed and lock in for creation… if that makes sense
