I’m happy to be back too! And thank you for your kind words and reassurance 🥹 I can’t deny that it’s sometimes hard not to feel pressured to keep up with posting often and starting new fics and keeping my readers interested and invested. But in the end I’m doing this for fun! And it’s stupid if I make all sorts of rules for myself to the point that I don’t have fun anymore and it just negatively impacts my writing. So I’m very determined to focus on just having fun with my writing again!
And I’m so glad that I have readers like you who will stick around even if I’m sometimes inconsistent 🤍🤗

How does your writing process work? When you get an idea, do you start mapping out a plot, outlines, worldbuilding, or just go straight to writing?
Yeah, I will usually do an outline!
I consider myself kind of a cross between a plotter and a discovery writer. I will usually always figure out the main plot points (I use a variation of the 3 act structure), protagonist's inner conflict and goals as well as a few sideplots/mini arcs that I want to explore. Sometimes I will then make a detailed outline in bullet points of everything I want to happen in between the main plot points but often I'll just kind of write and see what happens. I know where I'm going in terms of the bigger plot points, but the finer stuff in between I'll just let myself discover. Sometimes I will make a more detailed outline though! Especially if I'm struggling with a chapter. But I won't outline the entire fic in detail before I start writing because it changes too much over time 😭

Mctz yuri fest needs to pick a struggle: a) having a non functioning ask box for months and b) still following Andy after everything with hwcberry. It’s crazy how excitement and anticipation I had just to be extremely disappointed

Hi hi! Can I just say I love no road home so much, and we’re only on the first chapter! I cant wait to hear about Jonghos backstory and his perspective on things. But also Yeosangs plot twist… I wont even try to think what it could be because I know it will just catch me by surprise! If you don’t mind me asking, do you have a possible idea of when the next chapter would come out?
