faz meses que parei de usar referência, acho que tá bem óbvio 💀 fiquei cansado, era muito desgastante. hoje em dia só uso referência pra coisas específicas tipo mão, pé ou quando tenho em mente uma pose muito estranha. normalmente pego do pinterest ou faço modelo 3d no clip studio paint.
bem raramente já fiz desenho inteiro baseado em referência, mas quando fiz foi quase sempre do pinterest 💕💕
