Isn't Korean supposed to have no gender? And thats why they always use gender neutral?

my understanding of korean is very basic but they do have a way to put gender to phrases, not exactly in a pronoun way but they usually add woman/man after 그 and i belive there’s a way of saying he or she in a more formal way, but still this doesn’t matter cause the song IS phrased in a more neutral tone most likely for people of any gender to identify with it

is it far fetched for me to say the themes of vanilla are very queer coded and the fact that he intentionally used gender neutral pronouns

actually i talked with a friend of mine about how the whole song felt to me more like someone discovering their sexuality in a queer way and not in a kinky one, but honestly it could be both ksksja
