Anon in my opinion yuji overall is same as his teenager self except less childish nd mature just like what happens usually with teenager. He is willing to take risks ,is practical nd is easily approachable as in personality wise. Like I believe he was easy going even when he was a teacher..

Oh he has strong opinions his talk with maru made me realize that yuji is very opinionated. I would say he tries to understand things from others perspective but ultimately does what he deems right. But takes full reesponsibility of his actions. Cuz yuji knows that things might go wrong nd somebody should be accountable for it..

Now I think his slow aging affected him on a large scale . Like him isolating himself more nd more, avoiding meeting his friends nd colleagues as much as possible cuz seeing their faces made it difficult for him to not think of his future where he was alone. To avoid being alone with his thoughts he goes pachinkos nd on different places where other people can't recognize him.. I would say his slow aging was preventing him from living as itadori yuji nd that's why he wanted to erase that identity hoping that would make things easy for him.

But the thing is that's all gonna change not everything ofc.. I think yuji will just keep eye on stuff that's happening but will guide others to deal with them under his watch. I know he's going to drill it in next generations 's the fighting spirit enough to last next 2-3 generations. He'll be the one shaping a system where he'll be considered a super last resort wheras yuji will keep suppressing this one part where he still curses sukuna for not accepting his offers. He wants to do this with choso too but he can't cuz he does not want to disrespect his brother's memories so he ends up cursing sukuna on choso's behalf too since sukuna is the reason he's dead..
