Kenjaku and Yuta can since they both healed Uarume and Naoya respectively from Choso's poisonous blood. Shoko only uses blood tranfusion as an analogy to explain how RCT works, the healer doesn't literally use their blood to heal the person but I'm pretty sure it's the CE they use so the rejection is more to do with how the recipient's own CE responds to the healer's and the level of complexity lies in healer's capability of manipulating their CE to a degree where the recepient won't reject it. In other words "making it fit".
So yes people can safely fuck Yuuji as long as blood play isn't involved during the act. Also anon where has GEge canonically confirmed that Yuuji's bodily fluids are poisonous?

Gege also hasn't confirmed that it's only blood. Not to forget becoming death painting has literally slowed down his aging nd It would be little unreasonable to consider the possibility that except blood everything is safe.
