Do you know about the Doctor Who MTG cards? Is there a character you think they snubbed by not giving them a card?

i have so little knowledge and engagement with Magic that every time i see "MTG" i think the horrible lady first. while it's new to me that there are Doctor Who cards, that's really neat!

i have a question for anyone reading. are these IP, themed cards frowned upon or liked by most MTG people?
