1) I have no direct self inserts. All characters do have pieces of me and people I know like with any writer, but if I have to pick one Connor might be the closest.

I haven’t quantified it yet because I’m still trying to nail down the details for how the magic works. The story depends a lot on that, which is also the #1 reason I haven’t made much progress on it.
