I has as much explained to me, I doubt many people go by this definition because its true definition is pretty limiting when you think about it. The people who have a foot fetish, can they rly never just have regular sex without thinking about feet? I don't feel like there is a particular thing I always need except for maybe power dynamics/power exchange.
