Whaaa? I didn’t know you like tadc. For me I was expecting smth more like psychological horror ig but it was clear from the second episode that wasn’t what they were going for, so i enjoyed it nonetheless, but not my favorite finale haha. What are your thoughts?

I know everyone else is talking about it so it doesn't matter but idk I want to give ppl time to see it before I talk too much about specifics also still letting it settle. But I just liked it and thought it was a fitting end. I think I've just always seen TADC as something deeply personal from Goose, it clicked for me after the McDonalds episode and seeing her say the meaning of TADC is "you can find meaning in a stagnant life". I just sort of understood what she was going for then. I have a similar attitude towards it as I do with Steven Universe which people also have a list of complaints about. Neither of these shows are perfect - but I get what they are saying, and I like what they are saying, and I think that matters more than being so nitpicky over lore things that were never meant to be important. Especially as a show that is mainly the concept and writing of one person - it's important to see it and understand it within that context. These are Goose's personal feelings from when her life was stagnant, and she wanted to share the frame of mind for how she kept herself from falling into despair - and her temptations, probably pushing everyone away bc you're terrified of vulnerability like Jax, that would have killed her. Jax is not just a cautionary tale, she is an expression of fear. None of the TADC characters chose where they are, what they looked like, and their life feels dreadfully meaningless. For most people on the planet - this is life for us lol, just exaggerated into an extreme. But I think what TADC wants to remind us of, especially in the age of the internet, is to look at our lives in a smaller scale. Don't ignore the people who are there for you, be there for them, and together you can make life bearable.
