Thank you!! I ended up printing that drawing out and putting it on my wall haha i think it's the most accurate I've captured her likeness and so I want to keep it in mind when drawing her... now there is a cute girl watching me all the time feels weird. I love Anatola's work sooo much and would happily own up to an influence but i feel anatola influences me more with their work ethic and enjoyment of art/life rather than visual style (tho im sure some things are there subconsciously) its actually a pure coincidence that our styles have a bit of overlap, I've been crosshatching and such for a very long time.

For that drawing I was actually looking at @/standoodles, specifically how they balance realism and stylization. I really envy their grasp on the human form. I ofc don't want to draw exactly like that but you know, bring some of that in... back when i was drawing in a more cute/chibi style for a while i mentioned how it would make my life easier but it's not what i want bc i don't want to draw humans cute i want to draw them SEXY!!!

I do like the way Anatola draws butches & gnc people tho I probably have them in mind a bit when I draw Lem.
