I meant help them psychologically. I'm not going to rat on my own parents especially in the current ICE climate I'm not giving authorities any reason to poke around their house. The cats are all in good health. They just shouldn't have so many and not be spaying/fixing them. I doubt they will be able to maintain the health of the cats as the situation gets worse though, but hopefully they will get in trouble with the neighborhood before that happens.
