Wanted to get your take on this Twitter thread. As someone who is in the “Kinosaki is a gnc man” camp, it does make a somewhat compelling argument that if that isn’t the endgame, then a non-binary / trans reading of the character would be the most likely outcome (some assumptions are made that I don’t necessarily agree with but if true then the outcome would make sense) https://x.com/Syegle/status/2042311841024454846
op's premise makes no sense to me. he was forced to say "i'm a man" to remove himself from consideration... but if kinosaki is mtf or (amab) nb but open about being a woman, he still wouldn't be considered a marriage candidate by doll user???? so what is actually the point lol.
and it's not like kinosaki says it just once. he repeatedly very casually says he's a guy. there are no hints in his expressions that it's uncomfortable for him to say for any reason.
also op seems to be forgetting a MAJOR factor wrt to "his one chance" and assuming it means bc of his identity and not... you know.
obviously people can interpret and theorize! but i just don't see the basis for it becoming canon.
