When they intentionally lie to avoid taking accountability and make themself the victim all the time, blame everyone else, inability to actually communicate/accept criticism/change, when they pretend to your face but drag your name to filth behind your back, when they create problems due to lack of communication etc

When their behavior is situational (eg they’re super nice to you but horrible to everyone else, they treat you differently alone than with others, etc). If you’re a good person you should be good all the time, not just when it’s convenient for you
