It's actually insane how many complaints I've seen about tff's sangyan's character has nothng going on except yifan...the drama is literally her name? Also Imo tff needed such a dedicated ml for us to fully believe that she'll be in a better place from now on

That's the point of his character tho. It's very clear from the past pov that he was kinda happy go lucky laid back dude with no strong connection to anything just drifting thru life. She brought him to life just as much as he did for her
