im not sure abt marriage cert but i think you are referring to the fortune slip that some jiejie got? the ones that i saw are these (2 different slips!!):

i think some of the reason that there's some difference of reaction between hx and wl is also because most sl is probably also fmlyz fan. Or at least more friendly or familiar to fmlyz members than other people outside. For example people aren't negative here when there's that little neumhyeon thing going last time too 🤣🤣
haha i do hope most of the wl fans are still fmlz fans bcs those that im familiar with....... but yeah im not gonna generalize though!! also i think the neumhyeon thing didnt receive much reaction bcs they are just eating together LOL
