and that's a valid point on your end! i don't expect people to know everything about america. hell, i went to school in the philippines for a while and saw they had the KKK and learned that the KKK (ph) is completely different from the KKK here in america. but i learned!

but the thing is, he has ties to being raised in america and canada, where it is shown and taught about. and even if he "didn't know", the apology was still vague and didn't even address the actual symbol and was just a generic apology. he didn't even come out on his personal account to apologize. it's the lack of accountability that is digging a hole in the ground for mark. it's the way upper room KNEW and SAW what the symbol was after looking it up and still decided to let him wear it.

ok so as an american that was born and raised here in the states: he is ignorant as hellllll. like. there's no excusing it. he grew up in canada and america, and even if it was for a short while, that flag is something we learn about early on in history class. the apology on upper room's ig was also so vague that i feel like it wasn't sincere enough. they said they tried to cover it up to make sure it wasn't seen, why not just get a different shirt altogether? there's no way stylists only bring one outfit with them, right? there's gotta be a change of clothes, SOMEHOW, right?

it's not my apology to accept or deny. but, it would have been nice to see a more sincere apology from him. he is his own ceo now. he has the autonomy he didn't have before, and yet he's acting like he doesn't.

trust me, i've read it all. the entire game is misogynistic from all of the love interests as a whole. (caleb keeping mc captive, rafayel breaking into mc's room in his myth, the list goes on). they are literally ALL RED FLAGSSSSSS. HOWEVER deleting valko and ceasing the creation of love interests in the game doesn't address any of the problems that people have brought up with the game. infold was careless with their wording and also the coincidences were high. but think about it anon. why would INFOLD create something... TO TRIGGER THEIR OWN AUDIENCE???? (referring to zone 731) at the end of the day, papergames is a CHINESE COMPANY...

the main problem was people wanting updates to the main storyline. WHICH. VALKO WAS GOING TO BRING. the problem? people wanted the updates to the storylines of their love interests. so i'm gonna stand ten toes down and say that the chinese market is selfish. they were mad from the start about valko. everything else came later.

also.. the chinese market saying he seemed gay was so out of pocket? like? what? huh?
