With your experience wearing cages, do you think this can work? A cage but without the ball trap ring, but has hook spots specially designed for those chastity straps? I find my balls don't fair so well in the typical setup so trying to imagine something atypical.

You'd need straps under your thighs for stability, more like a jockstrap? Also, maybe try ball stretching
