tip from your local librarian
go to your library more! they carry manga if you don't want to read an actual book, as well as free wifi. you can also still check bluray & dvds out, if you're feeling nostalgic.
some libraries, like mine, also give out free water & cheap snacks.
I yearn to be a librarian.. I need to see where my cities library is at heh.
