Is it related to anxiety if I have a problem saying no? To the point that it leaves me over worked.. I personally just like being helpful but I think it’s burning me out :(

possibly! there's lots of reasons why people have issues saying no or holding boundaries, usually something about the act of saying no or enforcing a boundary makes YOU uncomfortable so then you avoid having to do it. I guess my question would be what happens if you aren't helpful? You can't help everyone and still live your own life!
