Which FPGA "IDE" (e.g. Vivado, Intel Quartus, Microchip Libero, etc.) that you worked with do you consider the worst and which one the best?

I've worked with Vivado, Diamond, and Radiant, and they are all uniquely awful in their own special ways. All vendor tooling sucks so badly.

So, I think they're all the worst and there are no winners :v
