Place him behind ulrich. After he ults both he, and the unit in front of him can cast their ult without using any AP

Charon makes the dynamo rotation way more flexible and quick. Basically

Round one: 1 lucy skill, 2 ulrich channel, 1 charon buff

Round 2: charon ult, and try and get lucy to her ult by round 3
Round 3: ulrich ult, charon buff, lucy ult, spam lucy skills
Round 4: continue spamming lucy skills/ult and use the free ap for ezra if you want

Everything on the field should be giga dead and if it miraculously isn't , repeat the cycle, casting charon's buff every 2 rounds. His buff basically does insane overflow critrate to cdmg conversion.

Ezra isn't a must here but you can use his shield/debuff in any free AP slots you have

Round 1:
- select a lucy skill to upgrade. Only use the upgraded card.
- move ulrich card
- play ulrich s1
- play ulrich s2
(The aim is to give ulrich 3 moxie by the end of this turn so if you get lucky with rng you can merge his cards and have a free AP slot. Make sure you at least play the skill card with the glove illustration.

Round 2:
- upgrade 2nd lucy attack and use 2 lucy cards
- 2 ulrich cards again

Round 3:
- 1 ulrich card
- ulrich ult
- 2 lucy card

(Ulrich's ult will charge the field to max this round so its up at the exact time lucy gets her ult. The lv 3 field also automatically gives him 3 moxie

Round 4:
- lucy ult
- lucy card
- 2 ulrich cards

Round 5:
- ulrich ult
- use as many lucy cards as you can

The pulsing field will then reset again, so just repeat! Ezra euphoria will automatically grow mushrooms at lv 3 field so don't worry about it too much.

Ima - Dersite Thief of Blood
Derse is kind of a no-brainer for him his middle name is cynical and stubborn. I think Blood is also a pretty natural fit for someone who has formed his entire identity around his sister and their 'bond'. It also ties in perfectly with the thief class, who project complete confidence and have an unhealthy obsession with 'monopolizing' their aspect. Ima's ability to sow the seeds of conflict can easily be interpreted as him 'stealing' the bonds from the group, 'stealing' the opportunity for kako to form bonds as well. Stealing obligations and anything that might 'tie her down'. Thiefs also tend to embody the phrase 'the road to hell is paved with good intentions' and I think Ima fits the bill perfectly.

Kako - Prospitian Maid of Breath
Kako has the complete inverse aspect of Ima, breath. Its not just because I think its neat but it genuinely fits :). She's the optimistic flexible type, putting her squarely on prospit (sorry Ima you can't visit her when she's asleep) . Breath is associated with Freedom, but also indifference. Maids tend to start out quite deficient and reliant for their aspect (kako relying on ima for her 'freedom'), but their journey is about reclaiming agency. A realized maid (contrary to the name) creates or creates using their aspect. They're also wildcards which kind of reflects how kako and ima tend to do their own thing in some routes. Her airheadedness as well as intuitiveness feel like very 'breath player' traits
