Do Max and Jesse have any specific mental or physical conditions?

Jesse is definitely borderline. Aside from that, there's not really anything particular I've ascribed to them... They're both very mentally unwell, but I haven't felt the need to put specific names on it. They wouldn't have any diagnoses in their lives, anyway.
