Digo que foi um aprendizado que virou costume (?); precisei aprender muito cedo a me autorregular porque algumas situações, lugares e sensações acabam me deixando bastante sobrecarregada e quando não me autorregulo, sinto que começo a desandar. Meu humor fica péssimo, falo coisa que não devo e ainda me isolo, choro bastante. É horrível. Entretanto, tento ao máximo ser uma pessoa funcional e compreensiva acima de tudo.
