Nyla K., Scarlett Drake, and Emmy Sanders. all of them are MM romance authors, but i love them for completely different reasons.
Nyla K. for the nastiest smut and the most unconventional, taboo, and forbidden plots. Scarlett Drake for the angst, yearning, and pining. and Emmy Sanders for childhood friends to lovers, hurt/comfort, and YEARS of pining.
i think you can probably see bits of their influence in my writing now that i think about it LMAO.
fun fact: 2/3 of these authors are my friends on goodreads. yes, i’m bragging about it.
