Breakfast at Tiffany’s… good choice. Visually, I wouldn’t have associated that movie with you. I think I’ll have to watch it to understand that connection, since I never have. I asked myself the same question after asking you, and realized I didn’t know the answer. But I think Fallen Angels would be a good choice. It’s the kind of movie you watch once in your life (at least for me) but I remember feeling like I was floating inside it, just like you described. And what about a song, Nora? What song would you use to describe yourself? I have a feeling that answer will come easily to you too.

I think most people normally wouldn't, really! Were you expecting a darker answer? I dare you to watch the movie as soon as you can and bring me your thoughts and your honestest opinions. I really like Fallen Angels, stranger. For me, it's a movie to watch more than often, at least if you live in a big city surrounded by lights and find loneliness in everything except the chaos that surrounds you. Disturbing, right? And you got me there. I think I'm so self-conscious that I could make thousands of playlists to describe me and still it wouldn't be enough, but tonight I'll leave you with Silver Girl by Fleetwood Mac. What about yourself?

What you could pick a movie to describe you, what would it be? Why?
I always say that the movie that describes me best is Breakfast at Tiffany's, and I've known that since I was very young. I can't tell you exactly why, because I don't even know why myself. But I think I've always found comfort in Holly Golightly and in all the things that made her so unapologetically herself while still feeling the need to hide and run away like a scared child. There are millions of movies I can imagine myself floating inside, merging with the characters or their state of mind. But this one has always been — and still is — brutal to me.

Hmmm. I would probably try to act as a mediator between the underworld and the survivors using my ability to read cards, convincing the zombies that they need me alive to obtain information and vice-versa. And my lethal weapon could also be tarot cards. Ever been cut by paper? That shit hurts.

De onde veio toda a sua conexão com a música, cinema, artes no geral?
Diria que minha conexão com a arte é, ao mesmo tempo que algo totalmente meu, inevitável. Cresci cercada por tantos tipos diferentes de criatividade e formas de expressão que sei que não poderia ter sido diferente e, ainda assim, percebo que meus gostos pessoais e a própria arte que eu produzo são completamente diversos do ambiente em que sempre estive inserida. Acho que nasci em um espaço onde não desenvolver uma forma de expressão autêntica seria quase impossível, mas, justamente por isso, busquei tão fortemente fazer e consumir coisas que me tirassem dessa bolha que acabei criando algo único. Meu pai era músico, minha mãe trabalha até hoje na indústria da moda, minha família materna é profundamente envolvida com todas as áreas do cinema, e meus irmãos são gênios criativos por si só. Tenho dezenas de inspirações que vão muito além da minha árvore genealógica, mas não tenho como dizer que essas não foram as principais bases da minha vida.

Ei, rapazinho! Eu sempre tive certo fascínio e contato com o mundo espiritual, e a astrologia me ganhou primeiro quando comecei a estudar os signos e os planetas e todos os milhares de significados por trás deles, porém, justamente por estar muito imersa nesse universo, a leitura de cartas não demorou muito pra me encontrar também.
