this is such a typical ao3 question but how do u decide who tops and bottoms in fics? is it always the same or is it based on story for u

I actually do find this to be a very interesting question ty for asking

In my heart everyone is vers so whoever tops and whoever bottoms is just based on what’s happening in the fic/which role I think each individual would play in that moment

However often I am not even specifying top/bottom dynamics in my fics so you, dear reader, get to decide their fates in those cases
