what’s one character you know or have come across that reminds you of yourself?
there is this character named mattie from a book <the appletree animal agency> and i notice her character resonate me a lot. i would say she is loud, active, and she always has this kind of brain that produces unbelieveable ideas. i don’t really want to assume, but she kind of has this adhd trait, which i also am. the author doesn’t disclose it secara gamblang, but since i recgonize those traits, that’s why i think she is adhd. i’m really surprised and i feel good for learning about her character (even though she is only a kid). i will attach the reading thread, but sadly, i didn’t have a complete progress because i was in the middle of reading it when i started my current account

What is the best thing about your favourite book?
the appletree animal agency is my recent favourite juvenile book because i noticed, during my reading process, that the main character, mattie, showed a personality of a kid with adhd. as an adhd myself, i’m super happy with the representation. not to mention the author, katya balen, is an advocate for people and/or children with autism or neurodivergence. i love mattie, and i’m grateful balen create her <3

What apps do you use daily?
i use twitter, uh, the puzzle game i always play before i take a bath (and i forget to take a bath), and libby because i borrow a book, and i also use instagram to see if yiyi posts something (well, she barely does), and... i also... open... google chrome because i open 15 tabs of 15 articles (nyengir)

What is your favourite book series?
there are a lot of book series i have read, and i can’t seem to remember all of them. but, i think i will go with the bliss bakery. for everyone who isn’t familiar with fantasy stories, but you want to try to explore this genre and theme, the bliss bakery series is a good start
the series itself has 7 books, i guess, and i only read to the second or third book because it was hard for me to keep up with the track. however, it doesn’t mean i won’t recommend it. trust me, you’ll find your joy with the characters ♥︎
